Shipping policy

You may choose to have your parcel delivered, or you can choose to “click and collect”, where you order and pay online, then collect your order in-store.
If you choose delivery, CrossGold will send your parcel through Courier service, and the package will be delivered to your physical address (not box number). Make sure your address is correct, preferably your physical work address.
We ship throughout Botswana. All our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

Orders received before 10:00 a.m. Botswana Time (CAT) will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. Botswana Time (CAT) will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that due to certain Botswana and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship out.
Shipping costs countrywide are based on zone of delivery address.
Delivery within Gaborone and Surroundings: Same day or next day delivery.
Delivery outside Gaborone and surroundings: may take 1 – 3 working days to get to you depending on the area you reside in Botswana.

Once your parcel has been sent, a confirmation and tracking information will be available via email and/or WhatsApp.
